About me
When life feels overwhelming, it’s easy to feel stuck or worn down. I offer a warm, collaborative space to help you reconnect with what matters and take practical steps forward.
I’m a clinical psychologist who works with adults navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I also specialize in insomnia and sleep difficulties, since stress often disrupts sleep, and improving sleep can make the rest of life feel more manageable.
I’ve worked across hospital, rehabilitation, and outpatient settings with adults dealing with anxiety, medical conditions, life transitions, and other emotional challenges, where sleep was often affected.
My work is grounded in high-quality, evidence-based care. I draw primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with CBT and mindfulness-based tools. For insomnia, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and integrate ACT-informed strategies.
My style is warm, practical, and collaborative. Together we’ll set clear goals, use concrete tools, and focus on between-session practice so you can see real progress over time.
